Marley 12 Cooling vs. Memory Support... Tested Queen Bed Insight

We recently unpacked the Sleep Innovations Marley 12-inch Cooling Gel Memory Foam mattress to see how it fared as a queen-size bed in a box with medium firm support. After a few nights, our sleep patterns improved noticeably due to its balanced feel—soft enough to contour but firm enough to prevent sinking. The cooling gel layer worked well; even on warm nights, we didn’t overheat. We appreciated the motion isolation, as movements on one side didn’t disturb the other. The medium firmness offered great support for both heavier and lighter sleepers, though some found their hips slightly tender. The built-in adjusters made us feel empowered to customize the firmness further. While preferences are subjective, we found this Marley 12-inch mattress to be a solid middle ground between cooling and comfort.
