Transformations

Today, we set out to test Rust-Oleum Transformations Basics Cabinet & Trim Paint, Pure White, in our ongoing quest to find the best white paint for projects. We were intrigued by the claims of superior adhesion, and so far, the results have been intriguing. Application was smooth, with no brush marks or thick coats needed; the paint flowed evenly onto our cabinet frames. Drying time was reasonable, allowing us to recoat quickly for a flawless finish. The color payoff was true white, vibrant and consistent across multiple coats. While the initial impression feels promising, we’re still monitoring for long-term durability. The Rust-Oleum Basics line has impressed us with its ease of use, but time will tell if the adhesion truly stands up to the test. Stay tuned as our comparison continues!
